In clover....or not!

A rather dull day. No sunshine to be had at all. After school saw us tramping around on L'Ancresse Common. Usually a lovely activity, wild flowers, lovely views; today not so much. We were there to try to locate number one son's iPhone. Which had apparently leapt out of his pocket as he ran home. He stopped to take a photo of the flowers (he is my son after all) and when he got to the bottom of the hill, it wasn't there. Two hours of fruitless searching ensued, followed by a phone call to the police station and the insurance company.
Consequently my blip was a rather hurried affair.
All in all, a rather frustrating day!
