Six Nations time

Down at the Club early for rowing in a quad. Two crew didn’t turn up, so we went out in the beginner boats. 
After a healthy breakfast, Karen & I chilled on the beach, until lunchtime. 
We came back later on to watch the rugby and have dinner in the shore bar.
