Passing as the tide ebbs

A quiet day for me. Not allowed to do any heavy lifting of my left arm, or raising it above my head, means that I couldn't do any of the things we need to do to advance the process of getting the Fidelis house to where we can put it on the market.

Went down to the Southend of Snells beach with the camera, and saw a Poaka (stilt) and masked lapwingwalking through the water in opposite directions. Unfortunately a tad underexposed.

The extra for today is a message painted on the steps up from Fidelis Beach. The advice to look up is to avoid banging one's head on a fairly substantial tree trunl which passes over the steps.
