Forest …

….. ….. ….. along the Arrow River.

I met up with my daughter & son-in-law for lunch, and a walk along the river track. The 12th March is a very significant date in our family history. My parents & uncle were in a fatal car crash in 1993, and then my husband died 6 years later. It’s quite a day!
But we make the most of it and tell each other stories that we remember, often that we’ve not heard before individually. It’s a lovely way of sharing memories.
The family in Auckland were doing something similar.

It was a nice warm day and we enjoyed our walk along the riverside. The trees are turning! Autumn is around the corner …
