Delayed!

Our Thursday night flight at 9.35 am back to Belfast was delayed numerous times & we were given numerous gates via the app & departures board, so walked miles after a great day at Crufts. It was eventually cancelled in the early hours & then it was chaotic. Trying to rebook flights, the Swiss port staff weren't prepared for the chaos, they couldn't get hotels or transport for the passengers. Eventually my friend & I went round to the nearby hotel & at 5.30 am, we pleaded with them to give us clean sheets & towels for any of the rooms that we knew had just been checked out of, so we could get some sleep. Thankfully, they took pity on us.

Got about 6 hours sleep, then got up only to discover more of the Belfast flights were cancelled. We then took the train to Liverpool & taxi to the ferry port.
