A surprise meeting!

When we got to our Birmingham Vineyard church this morning, we had a lovely surprise as a friend of ours, Cath, was there for the service.
She is standing next to Stephen, and the person next to her was someone she knows who lives in Sutton Coldfield not far from us as it transpired.
Cath had been up here from Cornwall for the weekend, for a birthday celebration.
It was so lovely to catch up once more, having seen her in Cornwall last October, now living in Porthleven.

Aaron on the left is part of the staff team at church, and that is his daughter on the right.
He is our son’s best friend.
We had spent part of yesterday visiting our son, who is in hospital in Birmingham, all of which has been a bit of a shock.
He was admitted on Wednesday to the Queen Elizabeth Neuro-Opthalmology unit due to a problem with his left eye, as the Eye Hospital referred him to there.
He has had a battery of tests, and sees the Consultant again tomorrow morning,
Just praying and hoping it is nothing serious,
As you can imagine I am finding keeping up with blips difficult.
