Comfort Food (EB)

Still staying in but at least with some signs of improvement. 

A quick search through the freezer revealed the makings of a risotto - which is a favourite comfort food.   Photographed under the cooker hood lights before the protein, stock, and rice were added.

Sadly, a dodgy weather forecast has closed Hidcote tomorrow so the blipmeet there can't go ahead.  I've put a new note on the blipmeets page as the edited original has fallen into the awaiting approval queue.
