A Walk in The Woods

We went to Shell Bay wood this morning for our walk. Not sure it was a good idea, my knee and leg have been sore all day. I’m doing something wrong obviously. The water in the loop of the burn that goes past the beech trees, is not moving, so totally stagnant, and green!
Popped into Gary’s for a cuppa and took a selfie of myself and Wyatt, his six month old retriever. I cut myself out and put Wyatt in Extras.
