Comfort

Horrible day. Didn't go out at all. Can't carry anything at all when going uphill on crutches. Stoll eating odd combiations offood.
Walker slid off and so smashed a couple of favourite plates. The kitchen floor has bits of dirty crockery everyhere.

moved someof it eith dustpan and brush but not dupposed to bend down like that so left lots where it was.

Disgustingly left it like that. Made porridge and went to eat it with cream and felt a bit better about it all. Will be a hard week.
