Took mum for the latest and hopefully the last of some scanwork today, to find out the extent of the damage to her vertebrae, how bad the osteoporosis is and to hopefully gain some insight into wether or not this is all linked in any way to the leukaemia or if something else not nice is going on in her bones. She was very scared, but she did it.

Mum has held my hand countless times as a kid and even as an adult so me being able to hold hers now is the least I can do.
