My grandfather was obsessed with his genealogy and spent a lot of time researching by writing letters, no internet when he was alive. A box containing some of these papers was at my parents and they let me look through to keep what I wanted. I found my grandparents marriage certificate, my grandmother’s Canadian citizenship papers, wills, interesting family facts and my grandfather’s autobiography. The autobiography is very interesting and ends mid sentence. He died suddenly before finishing his story.
