Running fuel.

I don’t tend to eat before I run these days, unless I run in the evening; my tummy is rather delicate. Last week, I ran 20 miles fuelled by fruit pastilles on the run, but this week (and the norm) is Kendal Mint Cake. They’ve added electrolytes, which I need, but I hope they haven’t ruined it.

Monday is over - the hardest day of the week…for me, but for especially for Noo! Although he has rallied himself for football training this eve…
