Not one but 3

birthday balloons.
The cold, bright spell is over. After a grey, mild day yesterday, today we had heavy rain then falling temperatures and a bitter wind.
I went out to post a couple of birthday cards and then spent the rest of the day doing various unexciting things in the house before going out for our evening run. There were only 3 of us, one of whom raced yesterday and another is recovering from a bad cold, so we just did 5k round the (biggish) block.
