Bach to Bach to Bach

lucky timing that I was able to drop in Penzance’s Chapel St Music, who were playing host on Sunday to pianist Libby Burgess, and her ‘48 Preludes, 48 Counties’ fundraising tour of England, supporting four musician charities. 

Never better timed, as we’re seeing persistent and perfidious music cutbacks, like the appalling axing of the BBC Singers…yet the ongoing bloated salaries being handed out to ineffective management and inflated-ego presenters and ball kickers.
