Warehouse

We added an hour onto this morning's walk by going along the railroad tracks all the way to the St John's Bridge, then decided to breakfast at Slim's. That took another hour, busy place on a Saturday morning. Waiting is a good way to get in another beer, if that's your want of a morning; we sat watching and waiting and deciding that next time, we'll eat at home. 
But, the walk was great. We had binoculars to check out birds, but also to check out the houses and trees along the ridge, trying to fit together, from below,  what we see while walking above on the streets. 
We saw a female Bald Eagle fly from tree to tree, and think we spotted her nest. Soon the trees will leaf out again making it harder to see birds, and harder to match up the landmarks we see from above and below.
