Wonky finials

Back in London, I had a new long zoom lens delivered today, so I am trying it out. These finials are on top of the tower of St Sepulchre in High Holborn, the biggest parish church in the City of London, whose parish includes Smithfield Market.

The church is only half a mile away but I'm quite pleased with the quality.  I already have a superb quality long lens, but it's too heavy to carry. We are planning to do some travelling this summer, so I wanted a smaller lighter long lens, providing the quality is good enough, which I think it will be :-)

Looking at the colour of the sky, you wouldn't believe that it was snowing this morning.
