Maestro

Went to a talk at SOAS (School of Oriental and Asian Studies) today. Speaker was Kaffe Fassett (say as 'safe asset) an international designer of knitware, needlework, patchwork and quilting. It was a fascinating look into how he puts together a design and where he gets his inspiration from.
Here he is holding up one of his quilts. I know the Blip is out of focus but I was sitting at the back and only had my cannon power shot with me.
An excellent way to spend a Monday evening.
