Tuesday

Woke to snow falling. Then miraculously the sun broke through and we had a glorious sunny day.  I had a wander round the garden and discovered peonies that are already over a foot high and I am keeping my fingers crossed they are not bitten by the next cold snap.  I was very surprised to see this little native 7 spot ladybird snoozing on the top of this leaf.. but it was a good place to be the sun was wonderfully warm.
The border at the front of the house is beginning to look more interesting.. hyacinth and daffs on their way.
Take away tonight.. yippee!
