A 180 mile round trip to our new house in Wales to check on progress by the decorator. Five rooms now completed and work in progress on another two.

The drive over to Wales was difficult at times due to heavy wintry showers.  One car came to grief and was sideways-on across the two middle lanes of the M56.  

On the way back late evening the A672 road over the moors from Rockingstone Moss (J22 M62) was pretty treacherous.
