Wivenhoe House Hotel

My boss and I were invited to attend a show-round at the new University Hotel complex. It is stunning. We were given a bit of a history of the building and the development and then a little taster lunch. They served us so many different things including this Chocolate Brownie with a special Ice Cream... I correctly guessed it to be Smokey Bacon. It was so so good!
