A Bluebird Day...

...an American term for a beautiful day that follows some nasty weather...
We took advantage of the conditions to travel a bit further - the main is as we were about to head down into Corvara on the way to Colfosco.
Extra collage is coffee time at the Rifugio Cherz, and the viewpoint at Rifugio Jimmi looking towards Sassolungo. One of me on skis too, just to prove I'm here! 
We had a lovely lunch overlooking Selva, and skied down a little way before doing our journey in reverse, taking in some side runs in Colfosco on the way. 
Chillier and a bit icy at times, and very windy on the col taking us back to our hotel - but an excellent day all round ( and I had sausage and chips for lunch! )
