Waiting for a call....

Another exciting day.  We saw one other property this morning - nice, with amazing views, but it just didn't grab us in the same way as the other one (plus, it's at the top of a very long, very steep hill!)  We then carried on back to our favourite, with the lovely Sally from Webbers, for a second viewing.  The (really lovely) owners were in this time, and came round with us (on our request), answering lots of questions.  A very helpful exercise, and we didn't bother with our poker faces - fairly sure they knew how keen we were! 

Two great things from today's viewing (which reminds me of lots of dreams I've had) - we discovered there is tons of useable space in the loft, and that the garden goes on further beyond the fence at the back (that one is such a happy revelation, as the garden was a slight compromise, being a bit on the small side).

Needless to say, we came back to the holiday cottage and put in an offer as soon as we could :)  Had some lunch, then went for a walk on the beach while we were waiting for the call back.  Unfortunately it didn't come until 5:30pm, and then it was just to say that the answer would come tomorrow (as our vendors were waiting to see if their offer was accepted on the place they want)....
