I had to take the new car over the Thames today but it’s still registered to the old owner’s Dart Toll account…I called the toll office and begged to be able to pay the toll but they said no, it’s his fault, and I am not allowed to pay the toll on my own car till the ex owner cancels it off his account! Nightmare.
