Third Anniversary of Lockdown

A busy day with one thing and another.

One piece of good news is that I have passed my three month probationary period as a test item writer and from April 1st (I know, I know!) I’ve been offered a six month contract. It still seems a little bit strange to me and feels like another probationary period, but let’s see how it goes. We have an ‘onboarding’ meeting on Monday and so I’ll ask about that and what we have to demonstrate in the next six months.

My blip today is a shot of the street where I took my blip of lockdown day 1 in 2020. Exactly three years ago. I’m pleased that I called all my blips from that period, lockdown day 1 etc, right through to 100, when the state of emergency was announced as over I wish I’d realised earlier that it was three years on, as I’d have taken my pic at the same time. Ah well.
