Let 'em Roll

Ah, this wall of wall-to-wall suitcases.
It brings me back to 1968,
When I left home for college,
Toting my two matching suitcases in red.
Oh, I was so happy to be on my own,
And those suitcases represented that transition.
And another transition, 18 years later,
When those suitcases boarded a plane with me,
Headed to England to get married.
And then 3 months later they boarded another plane,
back to the States and my family home.
Yikes, I went full circle.
I am so happy to have suitcases with wheels now!!!!
