Up at 2.35am to fly to Boa Vista. We've had a property here for over 10 years and decided we should check on it ourselves.

We're staying in Penny's apartment because we have long term tenants living in ours.

We've had a meeting with Matt, our property manager and tomorrow we have an appointment with the bank. Also here to see our CV solicitor. 

Debbie, my neighbour at home, sent me a video, taken at 7.50am, of 3 deer on our front lawn! She said they were looking for my trail camera. Cross I missed them!
