Chewing The Cud

.......... I went to a different nature reserve this morning to try it out. Lots of birds to see on the water but, for me, it was the highland cattle brought in to clear the scrub that stole the show - another in extras that I would call ‘ Horns and Thorns ‘ - it’s amazing how they can eat those prickles and seem to really enjoy them ;-)) ............ and I really enjoyed the visit, I will return ;-)

There were some volunteers clearing a different area and I have added another extra of their rather large bonfire ;-)

In other news - the sale on my mum’s house completed today and my childhood home now belongs to someone else - it’s an odd feeling ;-/
