Capaz Construction (Again).

I have documented the place I pay our water bill to the company known as Capaz previously - when it had a fountain and when the building was remodeled a year and a half later. Well, Capaz is remodeling once again, this time claiming the former courtyard to create more enclosed space. Because it was the 15th of the month (payday for many working types), the line was long, but due to my advanced age I got shifted to the "old person" line and breezed trough the payment of my bills in short order.
