Night out

As a birthday pressie for hubby, I had purchased tickets to see the Mike Oldfield Tour if the 50th anniversary of Tubular Bells.

Haven’t been to Reading for ages, but managed to drive through “rush hour”, park and get there as doors opened. This allowed time for a coffee (and treat) before the show started.

What a brilliant performance, you could see all the musicians love their job, and I’m sure most people watching were toe tapping (it was hard not to hum along too). No words spoken, just music - music is such a powerful thing.
