Baking with team secondary nurture this morning. Not quite outdoor learning but it's what they chose for this bit of JASS and adaptability is king for ourdoor instructors! Tbf,  were going to do it on the fire but weather was grim! 
No rice krispies available so we improvised with oats and added dates. Very tasty!
Simple receipe, but for these guys plenty tricky enough  - getting ready, following step by step instructions, practical skills (using a kettle for the 1st time!) motor skills (keeping the mix in the bowl!) Etc. 
It's a joy watching them grow in confidence week on week.
