Destroyed

These are not my photos but from newspaper reports online.  The 400 year old Angel Inn in Midhurst (my town) was gutted by fire in the wee hours of this morning. Thankfully everyone was evacuated and no injuries reported.  Ukrainian refugees were housed there - after all they’ve been through, now this.  A donation centre has been open in the town and the lunchtime news said it’s been inundated with clothing, food etc. For those who know the high street, the fire is reported to have started in the little shop next to the Angel and from the photos the Olive and Vine has also been affected.  North Street is closed, don’t know how long for. 
So very sad, and shocking.
