Gift

Our regular lunch date with M&C was a little different this month. M was confined to the house, so instead of our usual pub lunch we had fish and chips. We took the fish and chips in with us, and we a sociable meal round their table with wine and a dessert to follow. I bought this pretty bunch of roses to decorate the table.
It was enjoyable drive across to the outskirts of Woking. Every cottage, every house seemed to have masses of daffodils outside, and there were still wild snowdrops in the hedgerows .
