Table mat with shadow

Got 3 of these on-line for about £1.99. Perfect for plant pots and plates etc. Tried holding under the reading lamp to get a shadow for Ingeborg’s Abstract Thursday challenge - as blipped.

Had an 11am fast track appt at Poole hospital, arranged by GP. Turned out to just be a scare. This has been an action-packed month, what with rash, sniffle, this scare - not to mention sciatica for a couple of days. At least I’m proving invincible :)

We returned home after and took it easy.

NB Biopsy for rash came back - all ok - just an inflammation.
