Dentist’s Garden

Four of us stood in the torrential rain, masked up as directed, until the dental receptionist unlocked the door at 9am precisely. A thorough check in procedure and then we all went  to one of the four treatment rooms. No action required other than a scale and polish, and a demo on how to use dental floss properly, I promised to upskill. Later in the day a pal advised me to do something called oil pulling using sesame oil, she hasn’t had a scale and polish for 2 years. Flossing sounds easier.
Another demanding yoga session with V, I managed about 60%, then a run, swim, sauna and cold shower, followed by a hot one obviously.
I’m now supposed to be on a badger related zoom workshop, unfortunately it’s aimed at a live audience and the virtual participants are gradually dropping out.
