Double ruffle
This hibiscus in our garden has done well during our three-week absence. The label tells me that it is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis ’Linda Pearl', noted for 'lovely lavender-mauve, ruffled, double blooms’. It's easy to grow in this warm climate - we have it in a pot, outdoors, in a semi-shaded position.
And we're certainly experiencing a warm climate right now. Although we're well into autumn, it feels very summery. Our outdoor temperate at 9.30 am right now is 28 degrees C, with relative humidity 75%. Ouch!
Thanks to many Blipfoto friends who posted comments on my recent blips from Tasmania. I really appreciate your interest.
