Ecclesiastical floor tiles

I wandered down a local road which would be very attractive, with its vestiges of a former rural life - a small pond and St Matthew's Church.

This simple country church is believed to be one of the smallest parish churches in England still used for regular weekly worship.

Unfortunately the road is busy and spoils the ambience.
