……all flowers once! Lovely fresh though pricey vegetables in a local farm shop. Ingredients for a summer ratatouille. I didn’t buy any.

Also a trip to hospital to see nurse re dressing & ask questions. She was brilliant & restored my faith in some of our health professionals. She was Italian! I’m healing well apparently but will have to wear the sling for another 2 weeks…..!
