St Patrick’s Day

A blip full of Irish symbols including Harp, Shamrock, Guinness, Green.

I was not alone in the wearing of the green at The Beaten Docket, Cricklewood today where my pint of Guinness cost a very reasonable £2.99. There were small pots of shamrock on the tables which was a lovely touch.

my jersey is a very old, unfashionable rugby shirt, which I will wear again tomorrow evening when Ireland play England, and win the grand slam.
