The Old Forge (Monday 13th March 2023)

I was without my desktop PC on Monday and so limited with what I could do online. I did have a few tasks to do including successfully haggling Sky on the 'phone about my TV package and then showing a builder the frost-damaged rear wall that can only be accessed through my neighbours' back garden so that he could prepare the invoice for the work that I thought was already being quoted for by the same builders after they'd measured everything up a month or more earlier.

I took a quick snap of the plants in the porch highlighted against a backdrop of the rollerblind. The new young acers are unsurprisingly more advanced than those outdoors. The forsythia was plucked from the garden last Autumn by Refna and stuck in an empty bottle that was waiting to be recycled. Whatever the bulbs were that are now sprouting in the pot on the far right will be a surprise.
