I managed to see a Nurse Practitioner today and I eat humble pie because she was excellent and really listened to me . So I am going to have an X-ray on my wrist but unfortunately I have osteoarthritis which has probably added to the problem. She’s also arranged some blood tests for me and some much needed help with weight management. Onwards and upwards!
 
I had a peaceful walk at the Newt late this afternoon but the light levels were really low . Lots of rain this evening.
I really enjoyed Ben Fogle’s New Lives in the Wild which focused on Chris walks the Coastline - such an inspiring guy with his partner , their baby and dog who I’ve been following on Social Media.
