No Late Sunshine

It has been a fine day with around 20c. Much cooler than yesterdays 29c.

My oldest son come over in the morning from Christchurch to trim my hedge's. You may see the differences from yesterday's blip. He had just finished doing my hedge's and also mowed my lawns, when we had a strong earthquake. We heard what sounded like a gun shot, followed by a 4.8 quake. It was a bit of a shake up and was centred near Akaroa. We had another good shake not long after my son made his way back to Christchurch, not long after the first one. It was only a 3.8.
