Ruben is in the pink singlet top on the front line for the start of parkrun... He had a controlled run of a sub20 and finished 2nd but also in doing that he dragged the guy behind him across the finish line for a new parkrun PB 20:02 the young guy couldn't believe how close he was to a sub20 and on such a hilly course, he thanked Ruben...
