I've just started a wonderful new book.  It is billed as in the same vein as Hester, by Laurie Lico Albonese and Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner, both of which I recently read and thoroughly enjoyed.  It tells the story of three women through time, a literary device I like, along with the historical components.  In Weyward, one the protagonist talks to animals and names them, sound familiar?  I don't usually recommend books, everyone has different tastes, but these three are superb.  So, if you find yourself looking for a new read...read one of these.
