Even when you lose, you win. (Sometimes)
The end of two days of frustration. A couple of days ago, my laptop had this message from Norton to update to a new version. ANd bang! Nothing worked. After 4 or 5 hours of putzing around myself I turned it over to tech support at Norton. And after a brief skirmish with their front line staff about payments, I was turned over to a case manager. (For free ;-)) He spent a good few hours sorting my system out and now it flies along better than it's done for months.
So, I won ;-)
Ah well. Until tomorrow....
