Not enough time
Why is it so hard to cancel a mobile phone contract.
They keep insisting Mr Mouse needs a STAC code but he technically isn't moving supplier as technical he no longer actually has a contract, they don't seem to understand they need to simply stop the contract after 30 days as per the notice period.
