Out and about

Back to Parkrun this morning where I was volunteering as a Parkwalker. I came in just under 45 mins and just outside my personal best which I was happy with. We retreated to the Golf Club afterwards for coffee and chat. 

Back out this evening for the annual Inner Wheel Quiz Night which was good fun. Our team was well down the leader board but we did win the Royalty Round - a dubious distinction, perhaps, but all helping to raise money for Scottish Charity Air Ambulance and Ethiopia Medical Project.
