Not one for selfies....

And this is a hideous picture but my face is essentially asking - why the funk am I standing here in the pouring rain on Saturday morning when I should still be in the comfort of a warm bed.

Got soaked at park run this morning and my time was 2 minutes slower than last week.

Took Steve for his 4th antibiotic infusion and we watched the Boston Strangler after dinner.   Good film.
