Cherry blossom

Next door's cherry tree, which is outside our lounge window . has finally come into flower.
It always looks lovely for a few days, until the wind and rain comes and all the petals fall like confetti on to the ground.

Out tonight. Wine club committee meeting.
( Only half a glass for me as I am driving, and picking up another member!)
