Morning row

I lovely row around the island in the double. Just made it in before the quad (extra). A pint and bacon butty to follow. 

We stayed in and watched the Scotland v Italy rugby game (nervous last 5 minutes), then down to The Club for a farewell gathering for some of the rowers who were leaving.
