Going green

A belated Saint Patrick’s Day blip, courtesy of my niece! Appropriate for today, though, as she is a supermum of the first order.

On St Patrick’s day she made her own green bread! You can see from the photo that the colour is perfectly shamrock-green. Then of course the shamrock shaped cheese slices, packed in three little lunchboxes for her three sons. I blipped her twins about four years ago in their St P’s day leprechaun outfits! She does like to mark St Patrick’s Day for her boys. :-)

So here’s to all the mothers out there, with a special nod to this wonderful maker of green bread - and golden memories!
